EXHIBITOR TERMS

Applications

All stand applications are reviewed. Submitting an application does not guarantee a stand, and the organisers may decline any application without giving a reason.

Allocation and payment

Stands are confirmed on receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the agreed fee. Positions are allocated by the organisers to balance the floor by category.

Compliance

Exhibitors are responsible for the legality, safety, labelling and accuracy of everything they display or claim, and must hold appropriate insurance. Exhibitors must not make medical claims they cannot substantiate.

Build and conduct

Stands must remain within their allocated footprint and be staffed during open hours. Unsafe, misleading or disruptive activity may result in removal.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the individual exhibitor agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable once a stand is confirmed.
