To manage your attendance, respond to applications and enquiries, send essential event information, and — only with your consent — send marketing about future events.

Legal basis

Contract and legitimate interests for event delivery, and consent for marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Registration and enquiry data is retained for the lifecycle of the event and a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up editions, then deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors for hosting, database and email delivery. Exhibitors do not receive attendee lists.

Your rights
